Collection, context and location

A vehicle belongs to one canonical Collection. It can be available in multiple operating contexts, each with its own recorded readiness. Physical location is a separate fact and never changes when a workflow state changes.

DCC warnings

Duplicate warnings compare user-entered reference records within the scope shown. YardCard does not read, program or validate a decoder. A typed DCC consist record is separate from a Saved Train plan.

Backup and CSV

Complete backup/restore remains free and includes every existing managed photo. CSV exports protect spreadsheet-formula-looking values without changing the canonical backup record.
