Complete backup creates a versioned ZIP containing the full record graph, managed-photo attachments, checksums and a readable manifest. Restore validates the package and relationships before showing a preview.

Merge or Replace

Merge adds new records, updates a vehicle only when the imported modified date is newer, and keeps the current record when a conflict is older or ambiguous. Replace first writes and verifies a protected, shareable pre-restore backup, then swaps the collection atomically. If validation or saving fails, the current collection remains unchanged.

Versioned CSV ZIP is export-only and separate from complete backup restore. Its formula-escape sidecar makes spreadsheet protection reversible.
