Set up the yard in three passes.

1. Create a collection and first context. A context is a place you operate, not a storage box.
2. Add a vehicle. Enter identity, optional technical references and its real physical location.
3. Record context state. Leave it Unassessed, request a test, place it on Workshop hold, or link Passed evidence before recording ready.
